I have been blessed to win a certain contest online. I will have a weeklong YOGA for free but to brush up I will be rolling out my YOGA mat at home and review common poses. I even linked up some helpful Youtube videos. I am so excited but I will have to start first before I write more about it. I'm just curious if I'm supposed to be well rested because I was up all night. I remember that I should do it on an empty stomach but there was no mention of doing it in the morning. I am also wondering if it is ok to do it while I am doing Hip Hop abs because I read somewhere that we cannot do yoga and high impact exercise because it defeats the purpose of lengthening and posture. Yoga is for meditation, concentration and poses. It is like the exercise for the lazies. I love it.
